G.R.I.T. WORKOUTS

journey gym is here to provide you with strength and cardio training in a way that it has never been provided before. We call it journey gym G.R.I.T., which stands for Gradually Ramping Interval Training. It starts at as few as 2 minutes of fitness a day and caps out at a maximum of 20 minutes a day every other day. So, here are all of the our workouts utilizing the journey gym G.R.I.T. System, provably the most effective way to workout. This 5 minute journey gym Getting Started video with Brad and Danni will walk you through how to get started on your journey gym, how to properly set it up, how to utilize the training videos provided and even how to create your own exercise videos as well. In just 5 minutes you are ready to start your journey.



This 2 minute journey gym Warmup video with Kim and the team is at the beginning of all of the journey gym G.R.I.T. DVD's. It's an essential way to get warmed up for your journey gym workout. Just two quick minutes to get your in the right frame of mind.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 1 disc, this is 5 minute No Sweat Workout with Amy Jo is awesome for getting in a great lower body strength focused workout when you only have 5 minutes and when you don't want to break a sweat. This workout will help you get a core, leg and thigh workout in between tasks when you still want to get in your workout.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 1 disc, this is 5 minute No Sweat Workout No Sweat Workout with Brad is a great quick, yet effective, workout designed to be done at work or anywhere when you only have a few minutes. It is about focusing on strength training and getting your upper body a good workout while still in your business attire.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 3 disc, this 5 minute ultimate core workout with Kim Lyons is a great addition to any journey gym workout, and will definitely help tone your abs. You won't believe how significant just 5 minutes of focused efforts on your abs, a couple of times a week, will produce results.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 1 disc, this is a 10 minute stretching workout with Glen Baggerly. It can either be an extended warmup or a very basic workout for the true beginner. Either way this is a great use of 10 minutes of your day as you continue on your journey.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Intermediate 3 - Upper/Lower body disc, this is a 10 minute total circuit tone workout with Amy Jo Palmquest. You will love learning about circuit training and how alternating between strength and cardio circuits is the best workout you can do.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 4 disc, this is a 10 minute Beginner Workout with Glen Baggerly. This workout will provide you with an amazing full body set of results in just half the time of our longer 20 minute workouts.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Intermediate 3 - Upper/Lower body disc, this is a 10 minute Upper Body workout with with Kim Lyons, Amy Jo and Adam. It is all about the upper body and building upon your core and arms and shoulders in a concise ten minutes. It'll give you one of those workouts where you know you just pushed your upper half.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 2 disc, this is the first of 3 beginner workouts with Kim Lyons. This one is 10 minutes in total, but don't let that be a deterrent as it is an amazing workout in that short amount of time. Kim always brings it for you.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 2 disc, this is the second of 3 beginner workouts with Kim Lyons. Again, don't think that because this workout is a mere 10 minutes that it won't be a full body routine and that you be gaining results from it. There is no question you will love it as it is just slightly more difficult than the initial installment.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 3 disc, this is the third of 3 beginner workouts with Kim Lyons. This is the 3rd and final installment of the three beginner workouts by Kim and many think this one is the most difficult. Don't worry, you can handle it as you are ramping your training.



From the journey gym Intermediate 3 - Upper/Lower body disc, this is a 10 minute Lower Body Blast workout with Kim, Amy Jo and Adam and is an awesome lower body workout. It is about blasting your quads, your calves and your glutes. It is short, power packed and is in a circuit so your heart rate will get going while you build on your body's foundation.



From our G.R.I.T. Level 3 disc, this 10 minute Full Body Workout with Glen Baggerly, Amy Jo Palmquest, and Adam is a real burner and will definitely get your heart going and your muscles burning. It is designed to give you a better all over body workout in ten minutes like you have never had before. So, get ready to get rocked in ten.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Intermediate 1 disc, this is a 10 minute Intermediate Front Side workout with Kim Lyons. Kim knows what matters to our clients in regards to rebuilding specific areas of their health and their body and this video reflects that focus. Start here with Kim on further focusing on your arms, abs and legs.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Intermediate 2 disc, this is a 10 minute Intermediate Back Side workout with Kim Lyons. Again, Kim knows what matters to our clients in regards to rebuilding specific areas of their health and their body and this video reflects that focus, but this time on the flip side.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Level 4 disc, this is a 10 minute Intermediate Workout with Glen Baggerly. This workout is where you begin to really notice the "Ramping" in "Gradually Ramping Interval Training" as you will start to note greater intensity, greater total resistance and greater tempo. You are on your health journey, keep it going.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Intermediate 1 disc, this is a 10 minute Intermediate Workouts with Kim Lyons. Again, this is where the "Ramping" in "Gradually Ramping Interval Training" really starts to take on more meaning as you will need more intensity, more resistance and more tempo throughout.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Advanced 1 disc, this is a 15 Minute Full Body Workout with Glen Baggerly, Amy Jo and Adam. It is designed, as Glen says, to work the whole body from top to bottom. This workout is intense and difficult and will get you sweating and wondering how in 15 minutes you can feel this worked. Don't stop ramping as you are now at a level of fitness that when sustained will change your entire life.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Intermediate 2 disc, this is a 15 minute Full Body Workout with Kim Lyons, Amy Jo and Adam. It is ideal for working out your entire body from top to bottom in a quarter hour. It starts out with an easy ramp up for your heart and lungs and then really gets moving as both the strength and cardio components advance.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Advanced 1 disc, this is a 20 minute Full Body Workout with Glen and team. This program is a little more intense, but still allows for you to move at your own pace as it is based on circuit training.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Extreme Full Body disc, this is a 20 minute Bikini Blast workout with Kim Lyons. This is guaranteed to get you in shaped and toned for bikini season or to fit into your skinny jeans.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Advanced 2 disc, this is a 20 minute Full Body workout with Kim Lyons. It's an advanced intense workout that works your whole body. This is where you will really need to begin to dig deeper as this is where you are truly ramped up to a high intensity workout on the journey gym.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Extreme Full Body disc, this is a 20 minute Extreme Full Body workout with Kim Lyons. You better be ready for this workout because it's going to push you to the extreme! This is where the journey gym G.R.I.T. approach will really be in full effect.



From the journey gym G.R.I.T. Advanced 2 disc, this is a 20 minute Extreme Strength workout with Glen Baggerly and team. Get ready for an intense 20 minute workout that will work you to the core. This is one of the most intense and advanced workouts from journey gym to date. Get ready to get worked by the whole Star Trainer team including Glen, Kim, Bradford and Amy Jo.



The journey gym Persistency Session is our highly unique version of a group exercise course for use in our journey gym Persistency Centers. It is a mixture of the five key elements we know to be key in adopting a successful fitness and nutrition adoption program, in a group environment, and to differentiate us. You can follow it for your own daily workouts if it helps guide you on your journey.
