We ask that you begin with the twelve following preparation and exercise videos and then move onto creating your own exercise videos as described below. This 5 minute "No Sweat Workout" video with Brad is a great quick, yet effective, workout designed to be done at work or anywhere when you only have a few minutes. It is about focusing on strength training and getting your upper body a good workout while still in your business attire.

This 5 minute "No Sweat Workout" with Amy Jo is awesome for getting in a great lower body strength focused workout when you only have 5 minutes and when you don't want to break a sweat. This workout will help you get a core and leg and thigh workout in between tasks but wanting to get in your workout.

TOTAL CIRCUIT TONE - 10 MIN.
This 10 minute "Total Circuit Tone" video with Amy Jo and team is the exercise video to start with. It is concise, effective and fun. You will love learning about circuit training and how alternating between one minute of strength followed by one minute of cardio training is the best workout you can do.

LOWER BODY BLAST - 10 MIN.
This 10 minute "Lower Body Blast" video with Kim, Amy Jo and Adam is about an awesome lower body workout. It is about blasting your quads, your calves and your glutes. It is short, power packed and is in a circuit so your heart rate will get going while you build on your body's foundation.

This 10 minute "Full Body Workout" video with Glen, Amy Jo and Adam is a real burner and will definitely get your heart going and your muscles burning. It is designed to give you a better all over body workout in ten minutes like you have never had before. So, get ready to get rocked in ten.

UPPER BODY CIRCUIT - 10 MIN.
This 10 minute "Upper Body Circuit" with Kim, Amy Jo and Adam is all about the upper body and building upon your core and arms and shoulders in a concise ten minutes. It'll give you one of those workouts where you know you just pushed your upper half as you are hitting all of the major muscle groups.

This 15 minute "Full Body Workout" with Kim, Amy Jo and Adam is ideal for working out your entire body from top to bottom in a quarter hour. It starts out with an easy ramp up for your heart and lungs and then really gets moving as both the strength and cardio components advance.

This 15 minute "Full Body Workout" with Glen, Amy Jo and Adam is designed, as Glen says, to work the whole body from top to bottom. This workout has been gauged our most intense and difficult to date and will get you sweating and wondering how in 15 minutes you can feel this worked.

This 20 minute "Full Body Workout" video with Kim, Amy Jo and Adam is one of the single best workouts you can do to work all six major muscle groups in a third of an hour. It was specifically created to cover the muscle groups that are the true engines of your metabolism and your body.

TOTAL CIRCUIT STRENGTH - 20 MIN.
This 20 minute "Total Circuit Strength" with Glen and team is the next exercise video to move onto after you feel comfortable working out for more than 10 minutes with Amy Jo. This program is a little more intense, but still allows for you to move at your own pace as it is based on circuit training.

THE PHILOSOPHY
The journey gym philosophy is simple, remove all of the hurdles associated with a lack of consistency in fitness so that we can get the world fit. For many people one of the primary hurdles associated with staying consistent with their fitness is boredom with their workouts and workout programs. This is often associated with exercise programs or videos with limited exercises and repetitious music.
THE NEED
People shared with us that they were tired of the same exercises, exercise videos and the same music. So at journey gym we invested in developing the world's first ever customizable exercise video platform where anyone can create their own exercise videos, with the strength and cardio elements they want, with the music they want and with the narration they want. There is now an infinite number of ways to build an exercise video to get you fit, to work the muscle groups you want, to do so in the time you define and with the motivation you choose.
THE SOLUTION
Our customizable exercise video platform will allow for you to create your own workouts, or choose from pre-designed workouts of all 70 basic moves, possible on the journey gym. The exercise video platform is free to all journey gym owners and can be utilized on essentially any computer, smart phone or television. From here on, one more fitness hurdle will be removed and you will be on your way on your health journey.
