70 Day Challenge To Begin - 48 People Getting Fit On The journey gym

Nearly fifty people are signed up to participate in journey gym’s first fitness challenge. Thirty of those folks will be attending the journey gym 70 Day Challenge orientation on Saturday the 9th of July. The orientation is designed to introduce participants to the purpose and structure of the 10-week fitness program journey gym is using to generate its proof cases.

48 people signed on for the challenge, which officially begins Monday the 11th of July. Participants each will set a personal fitness goal, take a before and after picture, and between those shoots, workout five days a week using complimentary journey gyms provided by the company. Not only will the challenge provide the results that prove the journey gym works at very high level, that the journey gym provides the fitness results people need in 25 minutes or less per day, but it will allow the company to get real-time feedback on ways to make journey gym even better. Clearly the 70 Day challenge will be a milestone for the company.

The nearly 50 participants come from all walks of life. Single mothers, couples, professionals, students, all shapes and sizes and all ages have chosen to take on this exciting challenge. Do you think it has anything to do with the two all-expenses-paid trips to Hawaii for four days?  That is right, there are winners within the challenge with the prizes being as follows:

60 Minutes Of Exercise A Week Can Change Everything

When you think you can't find time to exercise, you are right, you can't find time.  You can only make time.  We all generally deal with the same issues when it comes to getting in workouts and exercise.  We simply can't find the time and most days, if not every day, we let the day move forward without finding the time for us and our health maintenance.

The solution is simple though...we have to make time for exercise.  Behavioralists, personal trainers and life coaches all agree.  Unless you make the time it won't become a priority and it won't become a habit.  Studies vary between 21 days and 35 days to build and set a habit.  In either instance though this is simply 3 to 5 weeks of time for creating something that will be one of the most positive changes in your life ever.

You may think that 5 weeks is a lifetime of workouts.  Well, it may seem like that if you begin by working out like you did in high school for 90 minutes per day.  However, for most of us to get into better shape, to build metabolism, to lose weight and to gain energy we only need to start with 15 minutes of exercise a day.
