Where journey gym Is Heading As A Company

In April we added a new position, our new VP of Operations & Client Services, who is tasked with inspiring organizational performance and customer satisfaction. This position is critical as journey gym shifts from being a manufacturing-focused company to a sales and marketing organization. Flawless execution is going to be critical. We have to not only deliver a product that does what it says and then some, we also have to deliver an experience that leaves people wanting more. A perfect example of that was what happened when a customer recently had to return an order after losing his job
 
Opportunities to create similar customer responses (under different circumstances hopefully) will be key to our roadmap to growth. We’re excited about this new position and what it means for the company. It means we are moving toward a momentum building time in an area we have been wanting to get to since inventing the journey gym: sales of the product to our community. 
 
It also means we are nearly complete with the journey gym total fitness system. journey gym never was just a workout device. It is a complete end-to-end 5 part system centered around a single goal: removing all of the hurdles from you and I getting and staying fit. That package includes some awesome new features we’re rolling out in the next few weeks.  Here is a sneak peek at the 5 part system visually:
