THE SUPPORT
The support we are working to provide to every journey gym owner is at a level we hope is unmatched and that reflects our commitment to you, your fitness and your health. As apart of this commitment you have access to a free online fitness community made up of journey gym owners, personal trainers, dieticians and fit focused professionals. The fitness community software allows for you to manage the four primary elements of your fitness life including: 1) your activities, 2) your nutrition, 3) your weight and 4) your friends. Through managing these four elements you will be able to see your journey in the form of easy to understand graphs and metrics to keep you consistent.
THE COMMUNITY
Studies reflect that you are more likely to hit your weight loss goals by simply tracking what you eat. We of course needed to take it further and by initially tracking what you eat, we can then help provide you a sense of your caloric intake, your protein levels and your fat consumption. We can then help you set goals for improving these metrics and we can assist you in better understanding your standard eating habits. Next we work to help you manage your activities, from working out on the journey gym to walking the dog. In turn you will be able to get an overall picture of your caloric burn, your miles moved and of course your weight lost.
THE MOTIVATION
In addition to tracking your own fitness progress you can decide to communicate with your friends, colleagues and family as part of your motivation. For some this is a great way to help keep themselves accountable around their fitness goals. You control who can access your profile and vice versa and you can also decide to only make portions of your profile available as you work towards your target. Since health is a journey and fitness is a lifestyle, this element is here to help ensure you have those with you to help you along your way. All of the elements of fitness community software are free and are here to simply increase your likelihood of success.
