The journey gym^tm resistance bands are sold in sets of four so you can replace one band at each access point, providing you the freedom to customize your combination of resistance at each access point. If you intend to attach two bands from one access point to the spreader, we recommend that they are of the same resistance level so the resistance is balanced.
